Hosea 5:6-8

New International Version

⁶ When they go with their flocks and herds
    to seek the Lord,^(A)
they will not find him;
    he has withdrawn^(B) himself from them.
⁷ They are unfaithful^(C) to the Lord;
    they give birth to illegitimate^(D) children.
When they celebrate their New Moon feasts,^(E)
    he will devour^[a](F) their fields.

⁸ “Sound the trumpet^(G) in Gibeah,^(H)
    the horn in Ramah.^(I)
Raise the battle cry in Beth Aven^[b];^(J)
    lead on, Benjamin.
